we invite lecturers to participate in DKU Talks

The Kazakh-German University (DKU) offers all interested scholars the opportunity to present their research within the framework of DKU Talks. DKU Talks is the discussion platform that since its launch in 2017 has become a platform for many interesting and partly intense debates.

The goal of DKU Talks is to inform the public about current issues and problems in politics, economics and society, to stimulate intellectual exchange of opinions between scholars from Germany and Central Asia, to generate new knowledge, and last but not least to promote the development of a discourse culture within the DKU. The platform aims at a wide range of participants and free and open to all. The working languages are English, German and Russian.

The project «DKU Talks» is financed by DAAD from funds offered by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
If you are interested in giving a lecture in the context of the DKU Talks, please send us the topic of your presentation as early as possible (preferably a few weeks in advance), including the following information:

  • Title of the presentation
  • Short summary (in Word max. 1 page)
  • Language (German / English / Russian)
  • Short CV (in Word max. 1 page)
