The KGU in TOP-10 leading universities of Kazakhstan
In December 2018, JSC Center for Human Resources Development presented results of a study «Higher Education Organizations Ranking”.
The study revealed that the overall level of employment of graduates from universities in Kazakhstan amounted to 66%, another 34% include graduates who continue their education, have found a job abroad, are not working present time for various reasons (maternity leave, serving in army and etc.).

The study dealt with actual data on employment of universities graduates in 2015−2017, and the main study indicators were:
- Employment during study
- Duration of a job search
- Level of employment
- Job stability
- Average monthly wage
- Monthly salary of graduates to monthly salary of experienced colleagues
Based on current indicators the ranking of top leading universities of Kazakhstan was made and includes 6 higher education organizations of Almaty city. Our university took 10th place and joined «Elite universities” group.
