We Invite students of grades 10−11/12 to participate in the Public Speaking Contest
Kazakh-German University (DKU) invites to participate in the competition of public speaking skills among students of grades 10−11/12 in three languages:
- Kazakh;
- German;
- English.
The competitions will be held at the DKU Institute of language training and certification.
The purpose of this event is to increase the interest and motivation of students to learn languages in the context of multiculturalism and multilingualism, as well as intellectual, creative and aesthetic development of students through the acquisition of public speaking skills.
The German language competition is held in 2 stages:
1. Participants are invited to shoot a short video of their speech on one of the suggested topics in high quality and send it along with the completed application by November 16, 2020 by clicking on the link goo-gl.su/uNJsG.
2. After passing to the 2nd round, Participants are invited to perform online
The Organizing Committee will send a confirmation letter about participation in the 2nd round
The competition in Kazakh and English is held in the following format:

2. After getting acquainted with the participants and works, the jury will select the winners and publish information on the results:
Kazakh language: November 18, 2020
English: November 28, 2020
The winners will receive valuable prizes and practical experience in public speaking.
