Meeting to discuss the Address of the Head of state K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan
On 2 September 2019, Kasym-Jomart Tokayev delivered a message to the people of Kazakhstan for the first time as President at an open joint session of the houses of Parliament.
It is expected that this document will become a reference point that will determine the goals and objectives of the development of our country for the coming period.
The main goal of the President's address is to increase the welfare of the people. At the same time, all planned reforms will be carried out taking into account the real situation and capabilities of our state.
In his address, the President of Kazakhstan identified the need to implement the Five institutional reforms and the national Plan proposed earlier in the election platform:
- I. MODERN, EFFICIENT STATE
- II. ENSURING THE RIGHTS AND SECURITY OF CITIZENS
- III. DEVELOPMENT AND INCLUSIVE ECONOMY
- IV. NEW PERIOD OF SOCIAL MODERNIZATION
- V. STRONG REGIONS — STRONG COUNTRY
In this regard, there is a need to meet at the «round table” for students, teachers and invited guests. This meeting will allow everyone to speak out, discuss issues of interest, share information, and learn something new about the implementation of the planned reforms.
In this regard, on September 24, the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Kazakh-German University will organize a meeting to discuss the Address of the Head of state K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan
We invite all interested teachers, undergraduate and graduate students to take part in the discussion of actual issues.
Time of holding: September 24, 2019, at 12: 30 p.m.
