Innovation is the engine of economic growth!

On February 18, 2020, the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce (WTP) together with the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) held an annual conference on improving the investment image of Russia in Germany. It was held in the building of the Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Germany (DIHK).

The Russian-German Chamber of Commerce together with the Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Germany (DIHK) annually organizes an interregional conference on strategic cooperation between Russia and Germany at the House of German Economy in Berlin. More than 500 representatives of companies, as well as numerous guests from the sphere of politics and economics, who discuss the investment climate in Russia and further strategic directions for the development of its economic policy, take part in it.

The conference was attended by the Minister of Economics and Energy of Germany Peter Altmayer, the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Reshetnikov and the Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov.

Barbara Janusz-Pawletta, Vice-Rector of the Kazakh-German University for International Cooperation, represented our university at the conference for signing a Memorandum of Cooperation between DKU and the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce.
