DKU International Conference «Central Asia’s Transformations: Politics, Economics and Society»

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the deadline for proposal submissions for the 2024 DKU Annual Conference has been extended to July 8, 2024. The conference will take place from September 6 to September 8, 2024, at Kazakh-German University in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

We invite submissions of proposals for full panels, roundtables, and individual paper presentations on the theme of transformations in Central Asia. We encourage contributions offering diverse perspectives and innovative insights. We are also excited to offer a limited number of scholarships to Central Asian participants to cover travel expenses and accommodation in Almaty during the conference. Additionally, we are honored to announce that Prof. Dr. Robert Kindler and Dr. Assel Doolotkeldieva will be our keynote speakers.
