DKU Talks «10 years after Lehman Brothers: The Vulnerable State of Global Financial Markets»

Kazakh-German University (DKU) has launched its DKU Talks discussion platform presenting a series of inspiring public discussions with scholars, experts, and renowned public figures.

The goal of DKU Talks is to inform, stimulate, and excite public debates on many contemporary issues pertaining to politics, economics, and society. DKU Talks are free and open to all.

The next DKU Talks features Prof. Dr. Leef H. Dierks from Technical University Luebeck in Germany on topic «10 years after Lehman Brothers: The Vulnerable State of Global Financial Markets». Prof. Dr. Leef H. Dierks is professor of Business Administration at the University of Luebeck and has over the past years published extensivelly on monetary policy, markets, and financial crises, particularly so in the Eurozone.

DKU Talks is financed by DAAD from funds offered by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
