Cluster meeting in Kazakh University named after Al-Farabi

On May 15, a cluster meeting of Erasmus+projects was held at the al-Farabi Kazakh national University.
The topic of the cluster meeting was: «The role of stakeholders at various stages of the design and implementation of educational programs.» At the plenary session feautured speeches by: BanuNarbekova — representative of higher and postgraduate education, ShaizadaTasbulatova — coordinator of the Erasmus+ programme in Kazakhstan and Serik Omirbayev, the rector of the North-Kazakhstan State University named After M. Kozybayev.

The following issues of the cluster meeting were discussed at the plenary session:
• Peculiarities of implementation of projects on development of educational programs with participation of employers: common difficulties and ways to overcome them.
• Identification of the best practices of involving different categories of stakeholders in the development, implementation and quality assurance of educational programs.
• Proposals to improve cooperation and collaboration between projects to enhance synergies.

The second part of the cluster meeting was held in group works, where the best examples of universities ' work with stakeholders were analyzed. The teams received individual advice and suggestions to improve the interaction of work with employers. All participants could obtain satisfactory answers from the national centre for Erasmus+ to all the questions in the course of the project.
