CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR DKU RESEARCH GRANT AMONG FACULTY MEMBERS OF THE UNIVERSITY

The Kazakh-German University announces its call for research proposals among the faculty members of the Kazakh-German University. Two research grants in the amount up to 500,000 tenge can be provided in the winter semester 2019 for projects aimed at writing a scientific article or scientific (collective) monograph, for implementation of field (marketing) research or a scientific experiment. Research proposals can be submitted from an individual faculty member or a group consisting of several faculty members of DKU.

Following documents must be sent to the selection сommittee:
• Application form (the application form will be available on the university’s website shortly)
• Statement of proposal, including:
—  Cover page with project title, name, faculty, position, academic degree and title, contact information
—  Detailed description of the scientific project (not more than 15 pages), including:
a) Introduction;
b) Relevance of the project;
c) Literature review;
d) Methodology;
e) Expected results;
f) References;
g) List of tables and graphs in a separate document (if applicable);
—  Time schedule to complete the project;
—  Budget;
• A letter of recommendation from the dean of the faculty
• List of publications for the last three years
