We are aimed at training specialists in master's programs developed with the participation of professors from leading universities in Germany:

• «Integrated water resources management”.

• «Strategic management of RES and energy efficiency”.

We are studying:

• water resources;

• climate change issues;

• renewable energy sources;

• land resources.

Our Institute is aimed at increasing the potential of specialists from all countries of Central Asia and Afghanistan.

Every year we:

• we conduct research competitions,

• we organize scientific expeditions, conferences, seminars, trainings,

• we teach the skills of creating eco-business projects,

• we conduct a scientific journal,

• we will organize a summer school on The Aral Sea,

• we are preparing books on key eco-problems of Kazakhstan and Central Asia,

In 2016, our Institute was the first in Central Asia to receive the status of a UNESCO Chair in Water Resources Management. We implement joint projects with many partners, including the largest international environmental and public organizations, Ministries and Embassies of Germany, Central Asian countries, Afghanistan and many others.
