Speaker-Askhat Bekishev, Professional Development Manager, JTI Kazakhstan.
Askhat will tell you:

• what is communication;
• about the world map and the inequality of communications;
• what are the types of behavior;
• and how to say «no» correctly;
• What does «sociable» mean on your CV?.

They say that happiness is when you are understood. And how would you continue the phrase «When you are not understood-it's…»?

Why is it difficult to convince the interlocutor?

What is more important: words, intonation or pose?

What is the significance of the speaker's behavior during communication?

You will get answers to these questions during an online session dedicated to communication skills!
