Who are we looking for in the team?

Budgeting and Planning Specialist

Responsibilities:

-Analyzes the activity of the DKU;

-Analyzes financial information for forecasting economic conditions for further use in making effective economic decisions, for calculating future income and expenses;

-Analyzes the feasibility of concluding contracts;

-Collects economic, legal, and industry information, as well as DKU financial reports and financial periodicals;

-Collects data for financial reports, as well as prepares financial reports and statistical observations of DKU activities;

-Calculates financial indicators;

-Performs financial research;

-Assesses the level of financial risk;

-Gives recommendations about the time of investment and purchase and sale operations;

-Prepares financial reports;

-Uses statistical methods of cost estimation;

-Provides preparation and illustration of mathematical and statistical diagrams and graphs;

-Examines and evaluates the level of DKU's financial risks based on the current economic situation;

-Analyzes the financial feasibility of the organization's conclusion of various civil contracts and other transactions;

-Conducts financial market research on the relevant goods, works or services, and provides advice on various financial issues;

-Tracks current trends and major events in various segments of the economy, as well as the latest scientific research in the field of economics and finance;

-Monitors publications in the Kazakh and foreign mass media, evaluates them;

-Engaged in the calculation and calculation of wages for employees (full-time and part-time).

Requirements:

Higher/postgraduate (economic or engineering-economic) education

Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.

Good knowledge of English/German (professional)

Conditions:

Working hours from 9.00 to 18.00, 5/2

Employment contract is concluded for a period of 1 year, with further extension

Probation period is 3 months

30 calendar days of vacation per year
