Vacancy of financial manager of the Center for Natural Resources and Sustainable Development

DKU is looking for a financial manager for the Center for Natural Resources and Sustainable Development!

Tasks:

• Financial control at all stages of project implementation;
• Analysis of income and expenses, control of the use of budget funds for projects;
• Preparation and approval of estimates and budgets for projects;
• Analysis, planning and control of projects cash flow.
• Control of the correctness of the closing documents for expenses;
• Financial and management reporting on projects;
• Constant interaction with other departments of the Center.

Our portrait of the ideal candidate:

• Higher education in economics;
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• Experienced Excel user, fluency in basic formulas and hotkeys for fast processing of large amounts of data, pivot tables;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets;
• Skills of data presentation in Power Point and reporting;
• Knowledge of accounting and reporting procedures;
• English at least Upper Intermediate.
• Responsibility, initiative, stress tolerance, sociability.

Conditions:

• Decent pay;
• 5-day working weeл;
• Workplace in an office in the city center (Abay subway station);
• Employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
