Responsibilities:

  • Conducting procurement processes in accordance with the current procedures and rules (conducting a tender, evaluating proposals, selecting suppliers, negotiating, concluding a contract, tracking the fulfillment of contractual conditions, tracking the acceptance of goods and collecting closing documents for subsequent transfer for payment to close the transaction);
  • Ensuring the production of the enterprise, necessary for its production activities, goods and materials, equipment, and services of appropriate quality;
  • Conclusion of contracts with suppliers, coordination of terms and delivery dates, study of the possibility and expediency of establishing direct, long-term relationships for the supply of materials, spare parts for existing equipment, new equipment, components, chemical reagents and reference samples;
  • Ensuring their delivery, in accordance with the terms, quantity, quality stipulated in the contracts. Preparation of claims against suppliers, in case of violation of contractual changes of obligations, control over the preparation of settlements for these claims, control over changes in the terms of concluded contracts;
  • Cooperation with departments — internal clients in order to determine the needs, volumes and budget of purchases to meet the needs of the company;
  • Professional service to internal customers, as well as professional cooperation with suppliers;
  • Conducting training for internal clients on procurement processes and procedures;
  • Timely provision of information about planned deliveries of the company's divisions engaged in production;
  • Creation and constant up-to-date maintenance of the database of potential suppliers within this procurement category, as well as its periodic evaluation;
  • Report generation and analysis;
  • Maintenance and archiving of procurement documentation in accordance with the requirements of procedures, as well as internal regulatory acts of departments.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (technical, engineering, economic, chemical and pharmaceutical);
  • English and Kazakh languages (Intermediate level);
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • High communication skills;
  • Advanced PC user.
