International consulting company Rodl&Partner announces the vacant position of office manager!
Requirements:
- mandatory knowledge of German / B2;
- knowledge of English | Intermediate;
- MS Office / confident user of Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
Responsibilities:
- document management: receiving, sending and distributing mail;
- receiving phone calls (including in German and English);
- office supplies with necessary goods (stationery, furniture, appliances, etc.);
- communication with suppliers on administrative and technical support;
- organization of business trips: booking hotels and air tickets;
- calendar management, appointment of meetings and telephone conversations;
- assisting management.
Conditions:
- training in all the subtleties of office management;
- office in a modern and cozy business center near Dostyk Plaza;
- internal online courses with official certificates;
- opportunity to practice German and English;
- employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- medical insurance.
Work hours:
- from Monday to Friday, 9:00 — 18:00.
