The Republican Referendum will be held on 5 June 2022

On 5 June 2022, the republican referendum will be held, during which the adoption of amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be discussed.

The purpose of the amendments is a transition to «a new state model, a new format for the interaction between the state and society». The working group prepared amendments to 33 articles of the Constitution.

Anyone wishing to vote, as well as Kazakhstani citizens in 52 foreign countries will be able to vote.

By contacting the unified Call-Center, you may check yourself in the list of citizens who have the right to take part in the referendum. You can also ask for more information about your polling station number and address. During the call, the Call-Center operators will be able to clarify the legal regulations that apply to the voting possibilities of citizens, voting procedures and the work of polling stations on referendum day.
