Tazhenova Zhibek won the Elbasy Bronze Medal

DKU 1st year student of the Educational Program «Finance” Tazhenova Zhibek became a prize-winner of the national project and the winner of the Elbasy Bronze Model!

The Elbasy Medal is a project for young and ambitious Kazakhstanis aged from 14 to 29 years!
The task of the participants is to develop their skills in seven areas: talents and skills, sports and physical development, volunteering, reading books, national heritage, hiking and work practice.

According to the rules of the project, participants choose one of the levels: «Gold”, «Silver” or «Bronze”. Participants can pass all the levels gradually or immediately register for a higher level in accordance with their age.

Bronze — lasting 6 months for participants aged 14 and over;

Silver — lasting 12 months for participants aged 15 and over;

Gold — lasting 18 months for participants aged 16 and over.

The finalists receive a badge of distinction — the Elbasy Medal.

Each project participant is assigned a mentor, under whose guidance the participant independently determines the goals in 6 or 7 areas and achieves them. During the program, the participant receives video tutorials, performs tasks, and keeps an individual diary that helps track progress.

Zhibek perfectly coped with the entire program, which lasted 6 months and became a finalist of the project. We are sure that her active life position, ability to set goals and achieve them helped her in this. It should be noted that Zhibek is also a prize-winner of the national and international chess tournaments, as well as the champion of Nur-Sultan city.

Congratulations and we wish you further success!
