Take part in the debate on the topic: «Human rights»!

Dear students!

On November 5, 2021, a debate on «Human rights» will take place at DKU!

The debates will be held on the basis of the American Parliamentary Format (APF). The resolution will be announced at the beginning of the round, after which the couples will have 10 minutes to prepare.

Two pairs of speakers will play in one round — the Government team against the Opposition team.

As part of the Government: Prime Minister and Member of the Government.

As part of the Opposition: The leader of the opposition and a Member of the Opposition.

• Time: 17:00 Almaty time.
• Location: the main hall in the building at 173 Nazarbayev Street.
• Registration deadline: November 4.
