Practice at the Damu Foundation: the deadline for accepting questionnaires is January 15, 2022

Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) offers 3rd and 4th year students to complete an internship in the Department of Borrowing and International Relations during 2022 (the deadlines are set according to the academic calendar of the university).

The Damu Foundation is a subsidiary of the National Managing Holding Baiterek JSC— a key financial institution of the Government of Kazakhstan.
The list of organizations of the Holding also includes 7 subsidiaries: JSC «Development Bank of Kazakhstan», JSC «Export Insurance Company «KazakhExport», JSC «Kazyna Capital Management», JSC «Otbasy Bank», JSC «Kazakhstan Housing Company», JSC «KazAgroFinance», JSC «Agrarian Credit Corporation».

Practice in the department will allow you to gain experience working with international and foreign organizations, as well as knowledge about raising funds by issuing sustainable bonds.

Candidates who meet the following requirements will be invited to practice:

• knowledge of English at least above the average level (B2/Upper Intermediate degree);

• competent written and oral speech in Russian and Kazakh languages;

• sociability, responsibility, diligence, punctuality, initiative, ability to learn quickly;

• skills of working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

To apply for participation in the selection, you need to fill out a questionnaire and send it to the mail Funding@fund.kz (in the copy of the letter, specify the address of the department of social work and career karrierezentrum@dku.kz).

The deadline for accepting questionnaires is January 15, 2022.

Students who have successfully completed the internship will have the opportunity to find a job in the Damu Foundation or the structure of the National Managing Holding Baiterek JSC.
