On September 19, the first DKU Yoga Day was organized by the Student Council of STURA DKU

For full-fledged study and achievement of goals, it is important to maintain your physical and mental health, try not to allow stress and overload.

On September 19, the Student Council of STURA DKU organized the first DKU Yoga Day, which was attended by students and teachers.

At the beginning of the school year, it is especially important to tune in to active work and study.
To make the transition from summer to autumn go smoothly and without stress, we recommend that you include yoga practice in your daily routine.

We thank all the participants of DKU Yoga Day! Thanks to the physical education teachers for the inspiring morning practice.

All participants received branded DKU T-shirts, which are very comfortable to play sports in.
