On December 15 and 21, online meetings were held on participation in the Breakthrough Technologies Competition 2021

On December 15 and 21, 2020, within the framework of the Breakthrough Technologies Competition 2021, online meetings were held, during which representatives of the competition told about the features of the competition:

-World Bank;

-Kazakh-German University (DKU);

-Global Landscape Forum (GLF);

-Plug and Play (P&P, USA, Silicon Valley).

The terms of the competition were:

-offer your innovative idea for land restoration in the Aral Sea region;

-submit your application no later than January 15, 2021;

-anyone from anywhere in the world can participate.


The project is implemented with the support of the Water and Energy Program for Central Asia (CAWEP), under the leadership of the World Bank, funded by the European Union, Switzerland and The United Kingdom, and is also part of the World Bank's Central Asia program for the RESILAND CA+Sustainable Landscape.
