The event will be held as part of the online series «Cross-border Train of Freshwater Safety Management». Sessions are held in the «train» mode, stopping in different parts of the world. At each of the stops, a separate topic is studied from a Large Open Online Course (MOOC) on managing the safety of Transboundary freshwater.
