DKU took the honorable 5th place in the rating «Atameken» for 2020

The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Atameken» on the order of the Ministry of Education has compiled a rating of the best Kazakhstani universities.

According to the press service of the League of Academic Integrity, all universities of the country took part in the ranking, except those subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Security Committee and the Ministry of Defense. Two thousand educational programs were covered, the employment of 68 thousand graduates was analyzed, more than 600 industry experts from all regions of Kazakhstan were involved.

According to Azamat Beisenbenov, director of the human capital development department of Atameken NPP, the main criteria for compiling the rating are: employment indicators and career prospects of graduates, average salary, quality of educational programs and student achievements, international relations.

«Atameken» presented the traditional rating of the best universities. DKU took the honorable 5th place.

Also, The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Atameken» has formed a rating of educational programs of universities for 2020. According to the ranking results the Kazakh-German University was included into TOP-20 in 7 majors:

  • Logistics: 1 place out of 11

  • International relations: 1 place out of 21

  • Marketing: 3 place out of 16

  • Management: 4 place out of 38

  • Heat power engineering (Energy and Environment Engineering): 6 place out of 16

  • Finances: 12 place out of 74

  • Informational systems (Information engineering in economy, Telematics, Mobile computing): 20 place out of 55
