DKU congratulates the winners of the competitive selection of the RENEWABLE ENERGY TRIP 2021 (RET2021) educational trip

DKU congratulates the winners of the competitive selection of the RENEWABLE ENERGY TRIP 2021 (RET2021) educational trip.

The main objectives of RET2021 are:

• gaining knowledge and experience in practical research;
• preparation of cases of best practices in renewable energy;
• dissemination of information, exchange of experience between countries and development of scientific partnership in Central Asia.

More than 140 applications were received for the competition and as a result of careful selection by the members of the commission, the following candidates were selected:

• Abylaykhan Soltanayev — Kazakhstan.
• Alan Bokaev — Kazakhstan.
• Darkhan Shyrynbai — Kazakhstan.
• Aizada Omokeeva — Kyrgyzstan.
• Oksana Gudkova — Kyrgyzstan.
• Elina Ratinova — Kyrgyzstan.
• Isroil Tolibzoda — Tajikistan.
• Inom Normatov — Tajikistan.
• Malika Fayzullayeva — Uzbekistan.
• Nazir Ikramov — Uzbekistan.

The work of the commission for the selection of participants was attended by:

• Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• The project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) «Energy of Central Asia— Power Central Asia,
• Association of Solar Energy of Kazakhstan.
• Kazakh-German University.

The main criteria were:

• education and experience in the field of renewable energy;
• application of the results of the trip for writing theses, dissertations, scientific articles, etc.
