Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Entrepreneurship

Requirements:

-PhD or equivalent in the field of Economics;

-Knowledge of English or German at least B2/C1;

-A demonstrated track record spanning more than 5 years in scientific or scientific-pedagogical work;

-Publications in international scientific publications, journal recognized by the Committee for the control in the sphere of Education and Science for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities:

Performs administrative management of the staff and students of the faculty;

Develops a strategic plan for the development of the faculty. Coordinates the activities of the faculty in accordance with the strategic development plans of the faculty and the university;

Manages training, educational and scientific work at the faculty;

Designs curriculum;

Manages the coordination of the schedule of lectures, exams and monitors its implementation.

Controls and regulates the organization of the educational process, training workshops and professional practices;

Prepares: working curricula (syllabuses) of disciplines, catalog of elective disciplines and individual student plans;

Organizes control over the independent work of students, including the independent work of students under the guidance of a lecturer, the implementation of individual student plans;

Organizes and conducts educational and methodological seminars, scientific and methodological meetings and conferences;

Coordinates and agrees the curriculum with a partner university;

Responsible for ensuring the quality of the educational process at the faculty;

Ensures the completion of the accreditation process of educational programs;

Training load (0.5%).

Conditions:

Working hours 6/1;

The employment contract is concluded for a period of 1 year, with further extension;

Probation period is 3 months
