Contribution of higher education to the development of human capital in Kazakhstan during the COVID pandemic

How higher education can help accelerate recovery after the COVID pandemic and strengthen equitable human capital in Kazakhstan, as well as ensure that graduates have technical and employment skills and adapt to the labor market after the pandemic.
