Congratulations to the winners of the Ancor Central Asia HR Case Championship

On October 28, Ancor Central Asia hosted the HR case Championship among Almaty student teams.
DKU was represented by three teams:

• Sieben
• German Force
• Weisheit

The participants were faced with the task:
«To reduce the turnover rate among young employees and motivate young people to build a long-term career within the same company?».

Each of the teams offered their own unique solutions, taking into account such features as psychological and generational characteristics of young professionals, their needs, the needs of the company, corporate culture, etc.

By the decision of the jury, the winner of the case-championship was determined by the DKU «Sieben» team, which included — Bekmurat Korkem, Umarova Malika, Skendirov Ismail, Tursunbekov Arsen, 3rd year students, FIIT, OP «Logistics».
