Competition for the best research paper in the Central Asian Journal of Water Resources Research CAJWR
We will announce a competition for the best research paper published in the Central Asian Journal of Water Resources Research CAJWR.
The purpose of the award for the best published research paper is to identify valuable research on climate change in Central Asia.

The topics of scientific articles submitted for the competition must be related to Central Asia and belong to one of four thematic clusters:
- Climate and environment
- Socioeconomics
- Water law and management
- Water infrastructure and management systems
When choosing the winners, the editorial board takes into account the quality of the article, in accordance with the following criteria:
• the novelty of the research and its significance for the scientific community,
• interesting questions and research methods;
• clearly expressed conclusions and results;
• contribution to theory.
The prize pool
- for the first place is USD 1000*,
- for the second place-USD 700*,
- for the third place-USD 500*.
Bonus: Authors of articles selected for posting will be offered a free CAJWR online course on writing research articles in Russian.
