Vacancy in the project department of Grohe AG.
Responsibilities:

Support of the project sales plan as a member of the project department.

Working with CRM. Entering and filling in data, new projects and new accounts, updating data, reports.

Support the team in targeting and monitoring new projects.
-
Search for new projects on the Internet.
-
Search for new territorial projects.
-
Project database maintenance and tracking.
-
Initial negotiations with clients.
-
Preparation of commercial proposals and specifications. Work with distributors on the project.
-
Creation of attractive and profitable project proposals (convincing business cases that take into account the opportunities / problems of customers) for target customers: development of new target groups; for example, investors, large builders, hotel chains, designer.

Development of motivational programs for distributor managers.

Relationship management: creating new clients and new opportunities for projects.

Participation in major meetings and development of relationships with leading customers: investors, architects, designers, general contractors, installers, wholesalers and other important participants in the project business.
Requirements:

Knowledge of English (B1 — Intermediate).

The skill of working with CRM.

Analytical and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a team.
