Educational Renewable Energy Trip 2020

Do you remember how in September 2020 we told about our educational Renewable Energy Trip 2020.

This expedition was organized by the Kazakh-German University with the assistance of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) within the framework of the International Climate Initiative (IKI), which prepared and posted the trip material on their website.

Also, assistance in organizing and conducting the expedition was provided by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Solar Power Association of Kazakhstan (SPAQ).

You can get information about the trip on the IKI website by clicking on the link:
www.international-climate-initiative.com/en/news/article/more_know_how_for_renewables_in_kazakhstan?iki_lang=en

Recall that during this trip we held 2 round tables and visited 12 objects located in the south and north of Kazakhstan.

But conducting an expedition to renewable energy facilities and round tables is only part of the project's activities. Ahead is the creation of a film about the expedition by the trip’s participants and the preparation of cases with best practices describing the visited objects.
