Students of Gymnasium № 18 visited the Kazakh-German University

On September 5, 2022 the pupils of 10−11 classes of Gymnasium № 18 came to Kazakhstan-German University with return visit!

The excursion on the DKU buildings was conducted for pupils, the beginning of which took place in the building on Pushkin St. Pupils saw the laboratories, attended lectures by professors from Germany and took part in a career guidance talk.

Professor Dr. Johanssen held a lecture on applied systems, thanks to which students learned about the basic functionality of ERP and CRM systems and their importance in practice. In the second lecture, Prof. Dr. Ralf Böse explained the software used in the Telematics program and showed several video projects of the students.

Then the students were taken to the building on Nazarbayev Avenue, where Madlen Fröbrich, associate professor from Germany, presented Hochschule Schmalkalden. She told about conditions of enrollment and student life at the university.

Meanwhile, the team of the DKU Ambassadors Club organized a direct connection from the roof of the university and spoke about the solar panel.

The event concluded with a delicious buffet and a quiz with prizes for students.
