AP05131192, IEE — Improving the energy efficiency of industrial and public buildings in Kazakhstan using innovative technologies: standards and financial instruments (2015−2017).

The aim of the project was to develop an effective model for energy efficiency of industrial and public buildings in Kazakhstan, which will ensure economic growth and improve the quality of life of people.

The project aimed to identify the main obstacles to improving the energy efficiency of public buildings in the residential and industrial sectors, collecting data on the actual energy consumption of public buildings and developing a methodology to assess energy efficiency. Based on the collected data, recommendations were developed for innovative services and business models that increase the efficiency of energy consumption control.
