We are definitely proud of the fact that since the 7 October, 2013 KGU has been an official partner of Cisco and it is the first functioning Cisco Networking Academy in Kazakhstan. On the 17 April, 2014 KGU became an official partner of Oracle and Oracle Academy.
A Cisco certified laboratory, a computer equipment, and software of Cisco and Oracle have been used for the quality training of students. Our students have an additional advantage of having major subjects conducted by lecturers/professors from Germany.
Educational program «Information engineering in economy»
The graduates of this program work on the design, implementation and technical support for computer information systems in different economic sectors. Information Engineering specialists control the whole lifecycle of computer information systems: from the very beginning to innovation in existing systems. In other words, we prepare the conductors of IT projects.
The possibilities of professional development of specialists in Information Engineering are practically unlimited — they are in demand in any industry where computer information systems are applied regardless the peculiarities of a particular business.
