The project "Training course on the transition to clean energy"

The CRS Center for Nature Resources and Sustainability and the Kazakh-German University (DKU) are launching a new project "Training course on the transition to clean Energy", implemented under a grant from the US Embassy in Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the project:

• A training course will be developed for universities in Kazakhstan to better understand the specific steps and policies in implementing the transition to cleaner green energy. A visiting international professor and local professors will jointly conduct a 5-day training on this training course at DKU. Teachers and students of the energy fields of the country's universities will be able to take part in the training.
• The project also aims to raise public awareness about the transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a carbon-neutral economy.

The training course will be held from February 27 to March 3, 2023. Follow our news so as not to miss the acceptance of applications for participation.
