The Executive Director of Hyrasia Energy LLP, Olga Gorevaya, presented the President of Kazakhstan-German University, Prof. Volrad Rommel, with a certificate of sponsorship funding. These funds will be used to support and develop training programs at the Kazakhstan-German Institute of Sustainable Engineering Sciences, established on the basis of Yessenov University in Aktau.
Hyrasia Energy is implementing a major green hydrogen project in the Mangistau region. This is an innovative advanced project that will require highly qualified technical specialists in the future.
Professor Volrad Rommel thanked Ms. Goreva and noted that for the implementation of such a large-scale project as Hyrasia One, training of highly qualified engineering specialists and long-term planning is very important. Kazakhstan-German Institute of Sustainable Engineering in Aktau is ready to provide training of highly qualified specialists for this project.
Currently, 44 students are studying at the Kazakhstan-German Institute of Sustainable Engineering Sciences. In 2024 academic year it is planned to open additional 2 bachelor's degree programs and 2 master's degree programs. In general, the institute plans to graduate about 1000 specialists by 2032.
