April 25, Kazakhstan-German University was visited by a representative delegation from Germany, which included the State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, Science and Digital Society of the Federal State of Thuringia Mr. Carsten Feller, President of the University of Applied Sciences Schmalkalden Professor Gundolf Bayer, President of the University of Applied Sciences Nordhausen Professor Jörg Wagner, Rector of Jena University of Applied Sciences Professor Stefen Teichert, as well as representatives of other German universities and companies.
The President of Kazakhstan-German University Prof. Volrad Rommel told the guests about the activities of our university, its development plans and further cooperation with German universities.
On the same day thirty students of DKU, who under the program of Double Diploma and within the framework of academic mobility go this year to study in German universities, were awarded certificates of scholarships for training and living in Germany.
The certificates were presented by the President of the Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences Prof. Gundolf Bayer.
