For admission to the Master's program at DKU it is necessary:

  1. Register in the DKU Online Applicant Registration System. (If you do not yet have a complete set of documents, you may upload the documents currently available and save them in the system. The remaining documents can be uploaded later.)

    A video guide for registration on our portal is available HERE.

  2. Register for the Comprehensive Testing (CT) on the National Testing Center website: https://app.testcenter.kz/auth within the following periods:

    — from June 1 to July 8 of the calendar year;

    — from October 25 to November 10 of the calendar year.

    CT is conducted on the following dates:

    — from July 20 to August 10 of the calendar year;

    — from November 18 to December 11 of the calendar year.

  3. Submit the complete set of documents to the DKU Admissions Office;
  4. Pass an English language interview at DKU;
  5. Apply for internal grants funded by DKU's partner German organizations. The procedure for applying for grants and scholarships is published here.

Applications for admission to the Master's program are accepted by the DKU Admissions Office and through the DKU Online Applicant Registration Information System.

Registration: complex testing

Applications for participation in the comprehensive test for admission to a Master's degree program in 2026 will be accepted through the website of the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (https://app.testcenter.kz).

Payment is made on the National Testing Center website during registration.

The passing score for the scientific and pedagogical Master's program is 75 points (both for state-funded scholarships and fee-paying admission).

Including:

  • Foreign Language – at least 25 points;
  • Learning Readiness Test – at least 7 points;
  • Educational Program Group Profile Test – at least 7 points for each subject.


DKU offers educational programs in the scientific and pedagogical field (2 years of study).

When selecting the DKU educational program to which you are applying and for which you will take the Comprehensive Testing (CT), please indicate one of the following program codes:


M152 - Logistics (majors)

M072 - Management

M074 - Finance, Banking and Insurance.

Documents for admission to the Master’s degree
  • The original of the Diploma Supplement (and copies of documents on education);
  • Certificate of participation in CT;
  • A copy of your id card;
  • 6 photos 3×4;
  • CV (a brief autobiography);
  • medical certificate form 075 (with a fluorography image);
  • List of research and scientific-methodical works (if any);
  • Employment record or a notary certified copy of employment record card (if any);
  • A copy of military registration card (for men);
  • Payment receipt for exam of the MES of RK;
  • International certificate of passing the English language test according to the threshold points determined by the MES RK (if any);
  • Home address statement (for Almaty non-residents who wish to apply for scholarship)
  • Motivation letter (in Russian).
